Mediation that helps people move forward

A structured, impartial process for working through conflict, led here by a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator with a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation.

What mediation is

Mediation brings people in conflict together with a neutral third party. The mediator structures the conversation, helps each side hear the other, and supports the parties in working toward their own resolution. The mediator guides the process. The decisions stay with the people in the room.

A mediation session is a structured conversation. The mediator sets ground rules, gives each side uninterrupted time to be heard, helps the parties identify the real issues, and works through options with them. When useful, the mediator can also meet privately with each side. If the parties reach an agreement, they decide its terms, and it becomes binding only once it is put in writing and signed.

What mediation is not

Where mediation helps

How it works

  1. Book a short intro call. Tell us briefly about the situation when you schedule.
  2. Conflict-of-interest check. We confirm the mediator has no conflicting relationship with anyone involved.
  3. Mediation session. A structured conversation, scheduled at a pace that works for everyone.
